BRIDGE-AI Kenya organized a one-day practical workshop at the JKUAT Smart Farm to demonstrate how Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things technologies can improve mushroom production. Participants learned about smart environmental monitoring, automated humidity and temperature control, AI-assisted disease detection, and cloud-based farm management systems. Live demonstrations allowed attendees to configure sensors, visualize real-time data through dashboards, and understand predictive analytics for optimizing crop yields. The event also featured discussions on digital agriculture entrepreneurship, sustainability, and collaborative research opportunities within the BRIDGE-AI project.
